Default B18C type R drivetrain problems!!!

I have a 91 civic si with a B18c ITR swap. Bolted to it is a 90-91 J1 cable tranny.
About a month and a half ago i was having problems shifting and a lot of weird noises coming from inside the tranny. I tore it apart and found that one of the springs inside the clutch disk had ripped out and was riding around inside against the flywheel. I replaced the clutch and drove it about 2700 miles. And yesterday it started to make the same noises it did b4 and it is behaving the same way.
I used a LSD motorsports clutch disk both times. I havent heard any bad feed back frm this company,

Anyways what is going on...
I was driving about a 600 mile trip doing about 80 (which is almost a 5000RPM for this tranny) when this happend. Did the tranny get too hot on this trip. Prior to this trip, I just completed about a 2000 mile trip with no problems what so ever.
Any comments will be apreciated
