need help to fix CEL to pass emissions

the cel is number 45 (fuel system to rich or lean)

how would i fix that?

i have a 96 coupe ex w/ a d16y7 (non vtec) swap cause my y8 motor blew. im running the dx ecu too.

Pull the code with an OBDII scan tool to figure out whether you have a lean or rich problem.
