I might have asked this b4 but I can't find it so pardon I in advance. I'm trying to find out the difference between Brembo ventilated vs plain. Is it better to go w/ ventilated being that the slotted are too expensive for me at the moment or just go w/ the plain for a 94 Accord EX Vtec auto. I'm hard on brakes.

Save your money and get the slotted

 

vented just means they have cooling vanes in between the two discs. slotted means it has grooves in the rotor, drilled has the holes through the rotor. Just stick with plain rotors, not drilled or slotted. More surface area. Look at racecars and high performance cars, most of them run blanks, some drilled but unless youre doing repeated high speed stops you dont need it.

 

All front rotors should already be ventilated.
