Not a bad price either. From what he says, it sounds like it could be bought for closer to $20k.

this is an ideal collector car. magazine coverage and ultra low miles. if the itr winds up moving up in price over time, cars like this will be the ones that do.

Wow... so tempting to buy this. I wonder how long it will last... faaaack...

The only downsides to this car...

A) You wont ever drive it to preserve the super low miles

B) You wont ever modify it to prevent the collector appeal from being hurt

There is not a better ITR you could buy for collector purpose, if I have ever seen an ITR that I am sure will bring big bucks in the future, this is it. Well documented car, barely any miles, mint condition (close to it), clean title, published, interesting history.

Soooo want to buy this. But it's so not a practical choice for me. Siiigh.. being 26 sucks.

same hp and how many hundred pounds less weight? also on better tires, killing the si was a mathematical certainty

Yeah I didnt want to say anything abou that statement lol...

I have a 00 PY ITR, and a 08 civic si sedan... and I can assure the ITR does not kill the Si...

Both are great cars, but aside from the collectable aspect of the ITR, if you were the average consumer and you paid 20k for this ITR vs 20k for my 08 si sedan... you would be a fool.

ITR handles better... other than that... the cars IMO offer very similar braking, and acceleration... and the SI interior is far nicer, and far quieter... far newer... far more refined lol.

I dont know... but... the ITR might one up the SI in a few ways.. but if you consider all the factors one should consider whem buying a car... the ITR is not the smart money IMO lol.

Having said that, I would trade my 08 si for this car right now, without hesitation.

This post makes no sense.

The ITR holds it's value MUCH better than an 08 si. No one (average consumer or not) would be a fool for purchasing this R and not a fat *** pig of an SI.

This probably is the lowest mileage R in the country, absoutely spectacular. I hope it goes to a good home
