Quaiffe LSD on a B16a tranny is grabbing when I turn sharply at low speeds. The problem reduces as the car warms up it seems like. I've been told to get some AC Delco LSD fluid that will help reduce the friction.

Any thoughts?

 

What you are feeling is normal for a helical LSD. The Quaife LSD does not require special fluid and changing to the AC delco fluid will not help. Stay with the Genuine Honda MTF and you will be fine.
