Default Question about swap packages. Which is the best deal?

I read online that sohfast.com describes the full swap like this

Type R (B18C5) "changeover" - includes engine, intake manifold, fuel rail w/ injectors, throttle body, throttle cable, exhaust manifold, A pipe, alternator, distributor, ECU, transmission, starter, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, axles, intermediate shaft, shift linkage, engine mounts, transmission mounts, engine wiring harness, radiator hosesType R (B18C5) "changeover" - includes engine, intake manifold, fuel rail w/ injectors, throttle body, throttle cable, exhaust manifold, A pipe, alternator, distributor, ECU, transmission, starter, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, axles, intermediate shaft, shift linkage, engine mounts, transmission mounts, engine wiring harness, radiator hoses

Hondamotorsonline says

Complete motor and LSD hydro tranny(S4C,S80),ecu(P73),axles,shift linkage, stock motor mounts, engine harness and all sensors needed.Motors have 17,000 miles and come with 100% start up warranty.(JDM and USDM available). Motors come with no sensors broken guarantee.

Basically I read that sohfast.com got the most votes by a long shot in the poll in the best buy forum.

Is that really the best deal on the internet onn the B18C5 full swap?

Any input is appreciated....
