Ive tried the search box and some have said they ran 1mm oversized valves with big cams no problem. some say they valves are going to hit each other a can damage the motor. im confused!
You can run oversized valves with any cam but you have to take the time to check your V2V clearances at different cam gear settings and that will require you to remove the head or use another spare head to see what you're dealing with.

lol, no problem. The blox B's are the same as the skunk tuner 2's and most cam companies will say not to run their cams with larger valves just to play it safe as most people don't check clearances. When I checked my V2V clearance with my Rocket M22x cams, I had no clearance issues at any settings but I also have stock valves. If I was running 1 mm oversize valves on the intake, it should reduce my clearances by about .020 which I still don't think (If I recall correctly) would have been a problem. If I was/you are, running 1mm larger intake and exhaust valves, that would make things significantly tighter and I wouldn't feel comfortable running and adjusting your cam gears without checking the clearances first.

AFAIK the Blox B has a similar high cam profile to the BC IV cams so you shouldn't run into much of a problem, but as always checking the clearances is the best idea.

IMO if you want to try something different go with the Skunk 2 Pro cams or another BC cam, The Blox cam is a step down and will feel really sluggish in the mid-range.
worked on my setup for like 5 years...used omni over sized flat face valves on this setup with RS ITR cast pistons...no piston-valve slap...did i mention mad torque???

this dyno sheet has been hoar'd around so much on this site that I think I just got syphilis from seeing it again...lol
That sheet is a great build result but is a result of a good part combination, good assembly and tune that work very well together. It cannot be randomly thrown up on a thread like this to say "see Blox cams work! just look what they did on my motor". It's very misleading and does nothing to help the person asking the original question.

you're right...sorry for whoring out my dyno sheet again...i just miss driving the motor and the hatch...brings back memories...btw, i got away with flat faced over sized valves cuz motor was built with 3 head gaskets ;-)
