Default Upgrading Axels For FI Setup

My ek is making the power in my sig. Im looking to run Mickey Thompsom ET for street tires and am afraid im gonna ruin my stovk axles with these tires. I was looking for some better axles around 500 bucks. The only thing i have been able o find aftermarket that wasnt a like a grand was hasport stage 1 axles but there only rated for 200whp. Hoping you guys can shed some light on this for me. Thanks

Dude just run remanufactured stock axles...I'm making roughly 290 whp at 14psi and I tracked my car with bfg drag radials with 10psi in them on stock axles and it was fine and last year on 20psi b4 my rings went and I was well over 300whp with stock axles no problems at all.....just load the driveline by slipping the clutch before you launch.....aftermaket axles on a 300whp is a waste of money

there are alot of people out there making 500 plus whp on stock axles there really is not much of a need to purchase aftermarket ones as long as you preload your axles you should be fine, you will break the cv shaft boots eventually but its alot cheaper then buying shop boys hasport axles ect...

just my opinion i would spend the money else where
