backseat trouble on my 94 accord
I feel stupid
asking this because I know theres a simple answer. I have a 94 honda accord ex coupe, my trunk won't open no matter what. Now theres a keyhole above the seats so Im guessing a key is required, but I don't have the key. Anybody have a solution?

well, if you dont have the key. Look in the trunk and should be a green tab to pull. This is the release lever while pulling this push the seat forward. Now should be open. Hope this helps
You use the ignition key to release the seat back latch.
If the trunk won't open he's not going to be able to get to that tab to fold the rear seats.............................

You don't have the ignition key for this car? You say that your trunk won't open but the title is back seat trouble.... Is it just your back seat that you can't open or the trunk lid?
If he doesn't have the ignition key and his trunk doesn't open. There is no way for him to get too the pull tab that is located inside the trunk.
The only way to get into your trunk without a key if the trunk release isn't working is to break something or go to the dealership and have a key cut. I would imagine that the VIN and proof of owner ship is probably required.

At least in my area, it's around $15 to have a new key cut on the spot provided you have proof of ownership.
yeah, you need a key man, especially if you want to drive it. If your inside pull won't do it, MAYBE it came off the handle. You might be able to remove the cover and pull the cable manually.
(anxiously awaiting the jury's verdict

All you do is insert the ignition/door/trunk key in the key hole and turn it while pulling the seat forward. also, if you have the door key, that works for the trunk too.
