The CKP is in the distributor. Check wiring for damage and continuity.

For '92-'95 Civics the CKP is found in the distributor. OP has a '94.
The '96-'00 Civics have the CKF right at the crank, behind the timing cover.

Multimeter will work. Basically just see if power is reaching the sensors.

GhostAccord explains it well:

There is a test procedure

• Disconnect the 8pin connector from the distributor
• Measure the resistance between sensor terminals B & F (ECU terminals B15 BLU/GRN wire & B16 BLU/YEL wire)
• If the resistance is not between 350Ω & 700Ω replace the distributor.
• If the resistance is between 350Ω & 700Ω - Check for continuity to body ground on both B & F terminals.
• Does continuity exist
Yes - replace distributor
No
• Test the ECU

Remeber to SEARCH! I found this info right here on H-T on the first try!

Try the Accord forum, you'll get a more focused knowledge base there and i'm sure one of the Accord guru's has a picture they can share.

What? If you're putting the engine in a '92 - '95 Civic use a D15B7/D15B8 distributor, don't worry about the CKF sensor an OBD1 ECU wont look for it.

D15B7 is a distributor. Then supposed to have problems in terms of the signal received by the ECU? Because the motor d16y7 brings a CKP sensor connector with the timing belt must be disconnected?
You can not start my honda, gives up but can not turn on

So long as you're using an OBD1 ECU it wont look for the CKF sensor behind the timing cover.

my ecu is p28, that means that the wiring if I serve and are supposed to turn on the deep ..? Certainly not understand, if the cable CKP this band next to the distribution must be connected to the output of the distributor?

I'm guessing english isn't your first language, if you're running this through a translator like bablefish or google its not getting the point across.

But again, don't worry about the CKF sensor, the ECU wont look for it.
