Default 94 Accord M/T Cruise control works only when its hot outside? What the ????

Ok so I have used the search function but with no avail to my issue. On the way to work when the it is cool outside I cannot get the cruise to engage for nothing. The light on the actual cruise switch does work and the green "cruise" light on the cluster lights up for about one second each time i push the button on the steering wheel. Now every day like clockwork when I leave work and it is warmer outside, I set the cruise on the way home and all is well? However I will say sometimes it sets then drops speed quite a bit while on cruise, other times this doesn't happen. So does this sound vac related? If so I have located the cruise unit and the majority of the lines under the hood and they all look to be complete with not cracks ect.

Any advice appreciated

Adam

I have the same problem on my '92 lx... i'm pretty sure it's a vacuum leak somewhere that seals or something when it warms up outside, but i haven't had time to look at it lately.

If anyone else has experienced this i'd be interested in any advice you might have as well
