ebay strut towers??
Are they going to do anything but be extra weight? Not really.
I spent $70 and got a Cusco OS that actually is worth it. The less moving parts/joints the better. eBay ones generally have two threaded ends of shotty aluminum with a nut on either side to push against the bar.

I got one for free. the bolts froze on it and I cant adjust it anymore.
plus the metal base bracket looks cheap. dont waste your money.
I got an NRG strut bar and I love it. it feels much more solid.

Cusco is generally acknowledged to be the best
i'd rate Tanabe Sustec as a 2nd...
If you are going ebay, try megan.. definitely better than ebay but less than real brands

Right. The adjustability of some bars (because the same will fit many aplications) and the design in which they are made, makes room for flexibility. Now, i had an ebay bar on my car for almost 2 years, and i definetelly noticed a difference when making turns and doing hard cornering. If you install it, and grab onto it, you can notice how it can still flex under stress. Great thing about solid (non adjustable) strut bars is that they don't flex, don't move... they're definetelly getting the job done right.
I noticed some difference over stock with the ebay one but when I got my NRG bar, I noticed even more of a difference over the ebay.
hey I have a question. I feel like when I go over bumps, it feels like my car just washes into it.. I hope you can understand what Im trying to say.
for the front I just have a strut bar but for the back I have a strut bar and a tie bar and it feels MUCH more solid when I go over.. say.. a speed bump. It feels like the front just is just.. bleh. and the back jolts the whole car (because my struts are on the stiffest setting) when they go over the whole bump..
So anyways.. what im asking is.
does anyone with a front lower brace feel a drastic difference with that and a strut bar compared to just a strut bar alone?
