Default limit of stock radiator?

what is it?

i have a 210 whp b series motor, currently using a stock radiator and stock cooling fan with the shroud cut to fit my header. i have not over heated, and i havent really even come close to running over 200 degrees, but i also havent pushed the car that hard yet and havent hit the track yet.

is there any true benefit to an aluminum upgraded radiator? or should i just throw a slim fan on my stocker?

I would leave it the way it is. I'm going to be pushing the same amount of power or more (if I'm lucky) out of a stock cooling system and am not worried. If you had a turbo or lived in the south, I might consider it, but really it's just throwing money away.

i was just getting confused, since everything is all "double core, higher capacity" etc. although i can get a cheap package of radiator and fan...ill hold off i suppose.

i was wondering this same question for my b20vtec. not sure if im gonna be at the same hp levels as you guys but im hoping for the 200 range. my radiator is in a 215k mile da lol should i change it. the car dosent have any cooling issues but it is up there as far as miles go and will probably never see the track just daily driven.

No problems with a half-sized radiator here but, I have a Fluidyne. Lots of local people run stock radiators without problems though.

you try looking into a del sol Vtec radiator? they're dual core and koyo makes them for honda. I got a quote from worldpac for $108. its a good upgrade for cheap. the water necks are bigger so hoses might change? idk but its a good upgrade.
