New Member... Question on D-4(gear) light flashing

After i start 92 accord automatic i notice the D-4 flashing in my dashboard. I just bought this car and have no manuals or info, has over 200k on it... looking for some help! thanks...

Jump the service check connector and turn the key to ON to retrieve the codes. Look for a 2 pin connector below the glove box.

Yes but is the CEL on as well......? And the idle is jumping, yes.
