Can anyone help me out with gettting the ecu pinout diagram for a 1999 Civic Si? I accessed a site not long ago that had this information but don't remember the site's address.

I checked there as well and no luck. My friend needs to get a hold of the ecu pinout diagram from the 1999 Civic Si in order to determine which pin or pins is incorrectly placed on an OBD2-OBD1 harness. Reason is that when this harness was installed in my friends 1999 Civic Si along with his P28 ecu, the "Backup" (radio) fuse blows. So, he says there must be a pin that was not placed in the correct spot on the harness.

He's got the OBD1 ecu pinout schematic, but needs the Civic 99 Si diagram to check all the pins on the harness.
