Default Question for u technical guys...using a B16A ECU w/ a B18C bottom end...

Here's my scenario:

I currently have in my car a B16A2. I was gonna go w/ an LS bottom end, but came across a real good deal on a B18C bottom end, so i'll be building this block up w/ the usual...new bearings, new water pump, Eagle rods, Wiseco pistons, honing, micropolished crank, etc... and then, when i save up enough money, i'll be turbocharging it and running a Hondata...but before I go turbo, i'd like to still be able to drive my car...so i was wondering, when i swap my b16 head and tranny w/ the b18c bottom end, can I use my B16 ECU for like 4 months after without any problems? (both OBDII) will it throw any codes?
