Not really. We're still pretty slow compared to somewhat equivalent IT times. We'll break them, regardless of what tires we're on.

I agree with Warren. All track records will be broken next year...I'll assure you of that!!! Oh yeah...if I can figure out how to scan my Dyno results, I'll have them for everyone's viewing...

Ok, when you were not getting smaller in my mirror on the end of the backstraight at LMS, I know 160hp is bullshit, and if it isn't, it doesn't slow you down at all!! Did you weigh that thing at Lowes? have you dynoed that car at the same place each time?

 

My and Warren's cars weigh about the same (upper 2300's without driver), and yep, been on the same Dyno (Dyno Jet). Granted I could hang, but halfway down the straight you (Corey) and Jason were pulling away significantly. Even though the HP is lower, the torque numbers are relatively high considering what the engine has been through. Over the winter months, OPM may just end up putting a new head on and see what that does. As the saying goes, some motors are good motors and some are bad...I think I got one of the good ones. I would swear the thing has seen 20K (yeah, twenty) a couple of times and keeps on ticking.
