Default 1 quick ?

update on post #16

my car kinda boggs/choke right after u let go of the clutch on first gear while the car is already going. what can be cause of this?
oh and while idling with the AC on, it hesitates a little on idle.

What RPM does the car idle at? And also idle at with A/C on? That could be an issue. The AC is going to draw power and car will not ride the same as if it was off, so it could be 100% normal. Hard to tell without seeing it in person.

From the video, it could be a few things, but I would take the AC belt off and see how freely the pulley on the compressor spins. It could easily be that the AC pulley is not working properly an when turned on it could be essentially dragging or pulling the belt by getting stuck on it. The car seemed to idle fine on its own though, at an avg rpm and everything. I am curious how freely the pulley spins (I would not test this while the car is running! lol)

I find that's what happens when you run a torqueless motor like a b16a and a lightweight flywheel. What are you running?

^^ I would do this and I would just quickly flash a timing light on the car to make sure it's where it's supposed to be for starters.

Whats the whole motor setup? Timing, and the tune could be an issue. Does the compressor its self make any noise?

b16 head/b20b block all stock internal, tuned on crome about 1 1/2 yr back, timming is 16 degree on idle, worked fine with the ac just until 2 weeks ago it started this.

your fast idle valve may need to be cleaned. I'd remove it and spray it with some throttle body cleaner, maybe the port too which would require the removal of your throttle body to do more easily.

im kinda getting to think that it may be because of my distributor because before this happen my rpm gauge was reading a bit lower than normal, it still is and its reading about 2-300 rpm lower than what it suppose to. but im just not sure

I meant to say IAC (Idle air control) I have an OBD2 TB and there is an air bypass mechanism to allow air to bypass the throttle when it's closed at Idle. This is what you need to clean and check.

I had a feeling that it might be something distributor related as i mention earlier in this thread, so I digged into the distributor and look what I found!!!!
The screw that holds the rotor in place came out and got stuck to the magnetic thing on the left side and the rotor was on its way out but somehow is still stuck but very loose. In the picture below i had already taken out the rotor but the ring is still on the rotor shaft.

i bolted everything back up nice and tight and now idles fine with the AC on. thanks for all your help guys, I appreciate it!
