what size spring to use in 46mm gate?

what wastegate spring should i put in my precision 46mm gate? Im looking to max out a 6765 and i will be using s300 bbg.

What is the minimum amount of boost you want to run in first gear?

Depending on your setup, I would say most are in the .7 to 1 bar range
