is it possible to put a vtec head on b1 block without a multi port conversion. an yes i have a standard but i swapped the four speed tranny out for a si 5spd tranny with a stage 4 clutch with a lightened flywheel an hard pressure plate 4 puck
he meant "si" as in yes lol
now why would you want to add a vtec head and keep it dpfi though? you won't be able to engage vtec or make much power without the mpfi setup and appropriate ecu.

I have been waiting for someone to get confused about this haha.
I don't know if its completely possible, you probably have to convert the harness + ecu and all that.
If its possible then its useless because you wont engage vtec without conversion. DPFI < MPFI

[QUOTE=uberEFtuner;42826515]No its not possible. You need to add wires for 2 fuel injectors, distributor and vtec. And you need to get a conversion harness to go obd1 for a vtec ecu.[/QUOT so would it be easy to do a multi port instead? cause if so i have a buddy with a ef an he is tryin to sell me part off of it but he has a ls vtec swap
