is it possible to put a vtec head on b1 block without a multi port conversion. an yes i have a standard but i swapped the four speed tranny out for a si 5spd tranny with a stage 4 clutch with a lightened flywheel an hard pressure plate 4 puck

he meant "si" as in yes lol

now why would you want to add a vtec head and keep it dpfi though? you won't be able to engage vtec or make much power without the mpfi setup and appropriate ecu.

No its not possible. You need to add wires for 2 fuel injectors, distributor and vtec. And you need to get a conversion harness to go obd1 for a vtec ecu.

I don't know if its completely possible, you probably have to convert the harness + ecu and all that.

If its possible then its useless because you wont engage vtec without conversion. DPFI < MPFI

yeah i a nissan guy with a honda -_- oh well it was the only thing i could buy at the time right so im want to beat everyone in my town with a single cam haha well fully built i should say
