Did the cardinal sin of priming my engine for pressure, and forgot to disconnect my coil and spark plug wires.. As soon as I realized, I stop immediately but my conscience was bothering me, I drained the oil and saw little gold flakes, so I dropped my pan to check the bearings.. I'd be more worried about not disconnecting fuel, rather than worrying about spark. What type of assembly lube did you use?

 

There's suppose to be "a very...very" small amount on a first start up..those look to me, ok.. others may disagree.

What bearings? ACL Duraglide or Race? (or completely different brand?)

Obviously not the acl race as the pics reveal that flash coating, which the acl race bearings lack.
