Default High rev on start up *pic*

I jus did a swap into my 00 civic ex with a 95 gsr head n b16a2 block.

I hve stock ex harness. Stock ex p2p ecu(for now), stock gsr Mani with b16 throttle body

anyways... When I start my car. It starts up perfectly but instantly revs really high on it's own without me pushing on the gas. So I turn off the car to avoid blowing the motor by high rev. I checked my throttle cable and that is not causing the problem.

So it seems like it is automatically pushing down the gas petal itself. And I have no idea why. Has anyone had this problem before?
Thanks!

i made a quick pic.. not my manifold... but looks exactly the same

a) its not in the pic but on top of that there looks to be a small vacuum hose that i have no idea where it connected.. before i just connected it to "B"
b) no idea where it goes...
c) no idea where it goes... before i had it connected to a small vacuum hose that came from a little canister near the driver side harness.
d) no idea where it goes...
e) i didnt even have this connected.. didnt think i needed it..
g) there are 2 vaccum hose looking things under that thing
f) no idea...

as you can see this is my first swap and need a little help thanks.!

Or could it be from any of the plugs on the engine harness? The one on the back of the mani and the power steering one may be connected wrong

im not sure about the IAB since they are like the throttle body plate which opens and close upon acceleration. you could try taking out the diaphram and the plate it connects, since the GSR intake manifold is a three piece, take out the middle piece to eliminate the IAB.

11 year old thread put back to rest.

Like mentioned in the thread, you probably have a vacuum problem somewhere.
