Steering rack tie rod ends - the same?

Steering rack tie rod ends - the same?
I am switching my car over from a manual steering rack to a de-powered power rack. I have the whole power rack with tie rods, but no tie rod ends. The ones currently on the car are still in good shape, so can I re-use them?
