I just saw a thread in the s2000 forum talking about a turbo from the same company. Had pics of the impeller warping and chunks falling off. IMO save up and get a turbo from a reliable company.

here is the thread.

Yeah cxracing does make some decent items (radiators and intercoolers have been known to be solid most of the time). However, I wouldn't trust this one. I'd save your money and start piecing your setup together yourself.

Some ebay kits are actually decent for a low boost setup (at least parts of them). I would never trust an ebay turbo, ebay non cast-iron manifold (such as the cxracing one), or ebay wastegate.

Hell, personally I wouldn't buy an ebay setup but you can look through threads and find people running mostly ebay setups successfully.

It's junk, but you could probably buy it, put it on, and have decent boost...then as parts start breaking on it (quite soon after), you replace them with real ones.

Never seen anybody do it but in theory it could work...it'd be like having the money distributed over time, but spending less..

I suppose just buying a real turbo kit on a credit card would have the same affect..
