Default Transmission!!!

So i jus found what was making my motor hop every time i shifted gears... my right transmission mount is broken.. well, its not actually the mount, its the bracket that attatches between the mount and the transmission.. did some searches and couldnt find the technical term for it so i can order it! Can someone give me some input as to what's this 3 bolt bracket is called? "searching 'transmission-motor-mount-bracket' DOESNT WORK!" heres a pic:

Majestic Honda call it "Bracket, Transmission Mount (MT)". It's in the Engine Mount section.

Welder FTW!
FWIW I have only 2 bolts torqued (3rd stripped) and it holds up fine though

Need some help. Which tranny fluid should I use on my h22 LSD tranny some say I can use 5w30 motor oil but some say different so I used 5w30 full syntetic but I just found out full syntetic will mess up yo scyncro. I've driven it for almost 2000 miles it runs fine but if u take it to 3300 rpm or higher n **** to 3 it grinds just 3 all the other gears r fine the higher u go the louder it gets. So what's the best oil to use. All data says use 10 w 30 or 40 n peps say 5w30 n other redline or gm or sycromech how ever u spell it. But i used 5w30 full syntetic so I guess it messed up my scyncro. So help.

^ Way to search. Use Honda MTF or GM Synchromesh. That is it. No motor oil.
