Default Vacumm or gas problem?

Hey guys i have a 96 accord f22b1 sedan 5 speed apparently my car bogs and doesnt have much power when i accelerate if i push the gas slightly most of the time it accelerates good but when i push it more just to accelerate it bogs and takes a while to get up their and the car does have a idling problem and this started happening yesterday right after i put gas in the car from BP so thats what makes me think its a gas problem i thought it could be a fuel filter problem but i just replaced the fuel filter not even a week and a half ago so and the only other things ive done to my car was get rid of the air box that you get rid of when you install an intake but that showed no affect so im not sure as if its a vacuum problem or gas like if for some reason i got water in their from the bp gas because this problem happened right when i was leaving the pump mid day and i was driving all morning perfectly fine .
Also the check engine light has come on and if im at 5th gear going 45 and try to accelerate to 60 to the speed limit where i live it bogs the whole way and take quiet some time and then the cel will start flashing until i either let go of the gas or reach the speed so whats your idea guys? i shall be getting a computer scanner later today to see what code it is throwing.

Sorry for the long post thanks in advance

Well I have exact same problem with my 99 accord but I'm not getting a cell at all and mines auto. Kinda weird I got gas and this happened a few hours later just like your saying. I was thinking fuel filter too but I can't change mine. It's in the tank lol. I don't wanna buy a whole other fuel pump ifthats not the issue... Anyone have some light on this matter??

oh well my problem ended up being my spark plug wires crackd because the cel's were misfire on 2 cylinders so automatically i knew it was in the ignition system so i just went to the auto store and got a new set of wires and boom my problems went away except the cel but thats because i didnt clear them haha but to me it may sound like a fuel problem on your hand unfortunately.

Check the voltage at the MAP sensor at a fully warmed up idle with no accessories running.
