Which fan is that? The Driverside(Condenser Fan) or the Passenger side(Radiator Fan)?
Check the relay to see if it clicks and check the fuse under the hood.

Do you have a voltmeter? You can test and see if the fan is getting 12V. If it is the fan motor needs to be replaced. If not then you need to first check the fan fuse in the underhood fuse box. If its good then you will need see if the relay if clicking when the fan should be turning on. If not then your relay is bad. More than likely however I'm going to guess your fan motor is bad.

ok fixed it guys i dont know what its called but there was this black thing that must have came unpluged its just a black little dead end to me but now both fans work
