What do the 5G Prelude SS run in the 1/4 (stock and i/h/e) and also what do they usually dyno at (stock and i/h/e)? Thanks

 

Well my best time with I/H/E was a 16.8@88mph dynoed 141whp and 127torque. 70 Dry shot 14.8@96 and dynoed 181whp and 157torque.

 

If you want your automatic prelude to be fast, you're going to have to add NOS.....

 

You sure, a 16.8 @88MPH seems alittle slow. You should of atleast got a 15.8.

 

Well my tranny not in the best of conditions now. I made those runs prob a couple months ago. Hehe But I've only hit 15.8 once without spray a long long time ago. Hehe We'll see after Honda fixes this broke *** tranny of mines.

 

SS is so slow ahhh i hate it, not that fun either, gets boring after a while... thats why im sellin it and gettin 5spd. stock its around 16 and those mods should get u in the mid 15s. whp is like 147 i think? pretty weak

 

Yea if I woulda known how to drive a manual when I went Lude shopping I woulda got one. But the autos are not too bad. Slow but all can be changed with $$$ just like any car.

 

Just wondering how strong are the trannys on the SS's?
