Have you thought about finding a clean set of fat fives or Si wheels?

If you're looking for budget wheels, buy high-quality wheels that are used, rather than low-quality wheels that are new. There are lots and lots of used 15" Integra GS-R wheels that you can get for that price, including the fat fives, blades, etc. (The fat fives are normally brushed alloy, not painted white like in that photo.)
