Icon2 Setting gsr head to tdc can't get it directly up

I cant get my stock cam gears on my b18c1 rebuild to face directly up they both end up facing up and a little to the right but I can get the exhaust cam to stay directly up but not the intake cam to stay directly up. I need help please...

well the cams are "up" when you match the markings on each side of teh cam directly to each other

so when you have the cams and up is facinf up on both. on the ex cam look at the 3 oclock line and line it up with the in cam's 9 oclock line.. and then your done.
