I need a car alarm, what do you recomend???
I have a '98 Integra GS and I really want to put an alarm on it. I want to get one w/a LCD Pager but i cant afford any $500 ones. what are some good ones, like around $200-$300? thanks.
PYThON 880XP AKA python 1600
This alarm is the ****, but remember any alarm is as good as the next (for the most part at least). It is what you add to it that makes it good. tilt sensor, proxi sensor, the install, glass break, peizo pain siren, and many more.......
i'm my opinion it is what you get with your alarm that makes it good, also not that DEI make most of the car alarms and they best line is either python or viper, clifford is ****, I am dead serious, those brains have a tendency to go bad over time.
python 880xp $500 installed
2-way paging system, remote start, starter kill, dual stage impact system, if this alarms goes off 3 times in one hour, it has a smart enough brain to deactivate that sensor for that hour and will rearm it if that sensor has been tempered with in that hour. most with totally deactivate that sensor until you disarm and rearm your alarm. so i hope that i have given you some good reasons to wait and save for python 880xp alarm, if not at least a python alarm

Installation wont be a problem, i'm going to do it myself. i'm prety good w/electronics. where did you get that python alarm? Another alarm that SEEMS prety good to me is the Autopage RS-750, does anybody kno anything about this, good/bad? and how does a proximity sensor work? thanks.
