Need Help Please!

How tight should the header bolts and collector/cat bolts be when using a torque wrench? I tried to search for it and couldn't find anything and I don't have a helms manual. Thanks for your posts.

Header to cylinder head nuts ..... 23 ft-lbs.
Header to Cat ......................... 40 ft-lbs
