cranking issues on civic B swap
so i had this engine in my old civic (B18C1 in a 1992 civic si) and everything ran fine, no problems at all
i swapped my engine into a new shell (95 civic si) didnt take the starter off, same battery added an *** load of grounds just to try, put a moates chipping kit in my P28 ecu and now i cant get it to turn over, i turn the key and i hear the starter engage but it wont turn the engine over
i took the starter into a shop to get tested and it was good, but when im trying to start it, the battery voltage drops down to 6 volts
any suggestions?

mine does that sometimes too, changed ignition swithch, rebuilt starter, changed battery cables, put better ground from block to rad support...Still does it...So if ya ever find out what it is PM me lol. Mine does start after a bit though. And only does it at totally random times
