Default Not Honda, Semi Basic, But def fabrication involved

So, i've been lurking this forum for awhile, i'm a fabricator by trade. I work for a company that makes anything from command centers for government agencies, hospitals, swat teams/ bomb squads to race teams such as JEGS... sorry no honda fab work here but i figured some people would like to see one of our new projects go together from ground up... we fabricate everything from the frame up. Here are some pics of what a truck looks like when it comes into our shop, what a truck looks like when it leaves, the basic start of a frame and the alum. frame structures of the slide out rooms.

Never really thought about what one of those trailers would look like from the start. It's also really interesting to see the wide range of fabricators which visit this website.

That finished one is hella nice, some awesome work and hard work to get one into something like that for sure.

i do everything from building all the structure to apply the alum. skin on the frame to installing/building the slide outs, and do all the specialty items like tv lifts and any items that need fabricated... we are a small custom shop that does alot of specialty items... i plan to update this as we go, the fabrication part that u see so far has been done by 2 guys in one week and we should be don in the next week or two... i also plan to add all the items we make here and just keep a running thread of our products...

so the new chassis showed up today before we shut down the shop... then after a short day of demo its stripped and ready for the floor... then the walls start to go up.. hope to have alum. skin on it in the next few days... slideout skeletons are skinned and getting insulated for carpentry shop to start building...

On average how long does it take start to finish to complete one of them?

we are gonna build this truck from bare chassis to full finished luxury interior in 2 months... which is pretty unheard of in our industry... our metal shop only has 3 guys in it and our wood shop has 4 men and the electrical staff is only 2.... so we have a small staff...we will see
