Default Ac Problem: Charge system and Freon shoots out AC pressure release valve.

94 Del Sol Si.. AKa: Jellybean

Just like the title says.. You can create a vaccum on the system (with the pump) then charge it with Freon. When you turn on the AC it will start to blow cold and then the Freon shoots out of the pressure release valve on the AC compressor.

What could be the problem aside from a blockage somewhere?

Any ideas?

Does the condenser fan run?

Is the condenser clogged with bugs?

Also could be a clogged condenser or condenser line.

Yes it does.

No, it's actually very clean.

I assume it is a clogged line somewhere but I'm no AC tech so it could be something else that I may not know about and somebody who knows more about AC system than me might
