i just bought the car about 2 months ago. 96 hatch w/ b20 vtec turbo. currently rebuilding the bottom end due to bad rings. but it will be up and running again in a week or so. i have much more i want to do and am nowhere near finished.

THE THING ABOUT THE WHEELS IS I GOT THE LOW OFFSET BECAUSE I CAME FROM THE EURO SCENE. SO THAT HAS STUCK WITH ME. BUT I DO HAVE ANOTHER SET OF WHELS AND SLICKS FOR THE TRACK. MY OTHER SET OF WHEELS ARE CHROME DIPPED HX WHEELS THAT WERE THEN PAINTED GOLD. WE LEFT THE LIP CHROME. THEY LOOK PRETTY SICK FOR BEING HX WHEELS.

 

Yea get better wheels...those hxs don't look sick ...some rpf1s maybie?

CAR IS LOWRED ON TOKICO TRACK SPRINGS. THEY GO LIKE 1.5 ALL THE WAY AROUND. JUST LIKE EIBACH PROS. ITS THE SMALL *** TIRES THAT MAKE THE GAP LOOK SO BIG.

 

still not anywhere close to gettting into ek squad.

 

for a turbo car that thing is really slow, 1.5 is barely a drop.

 

I mean the shell looks great. but the wheels and suspension setup kill it.

Also you think its a good idea to do burn outs and floor it with bad rings?

 

IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THE RINGS WERE BAN I WOULD NOT HAVE DO IT. BUT AFTER LOOKING AT THE VIDEO AND SEEING HOW LITTLE TIRE SMOKE I WAS GETTING COMPAIRED TO BEFORE I THEN TESTED THE MOTOR AND PULLED IT OUT.

Lol. It did look that way. I was just on a diffrent computer. I just had to speak up for all that money I spent on some springs that make my car look like a crv. Next time I'll go with some legit coilover system.
