Default What is the best suspension for a dd?

I have a dc2 riding on function form type 2 and they ride like ****. Im looking for a new set up. The streets i ride on are pretty harsh because its in the city. Im really looking for comfort instead of performance, but i want it to look good too. I've read that the koni/gc are very popular. Give me some suggestions.

Are you sure the Functions aren't turned to the soft setting? Shoot if you don't like them, i'll take them off your hands!

I've adjusted hard to soft, even raised the height. Still rides the same. Rides a little better on the soft side. Its not bouncy it just doesnt absorb bumps very well. The roads i ride on have mini speed bumps everywhere. I'll sell it to you for $400. I bought it for 700 and you pay for shipping.

Maybe they're blown? If the dampening is not working the valving could be messed up.
If you are that concerned about ride quality just get some decent springs like H&R with some decent shocks. Illuminas might be good for you

Try Tein S springs with tokico shocks. Rode on those for years on my DC2 and it was comfortable. Cheaper than coilovers. If you have to have coilovers, try Progress. I'm using their coilovers now for autocross and road racing as well as a DD. Their coilovers start at around $550.00

shoot, i'd pay 400 bucks for them but you gotta prove to me that they aren't blown lol, the springs on those are just too stiff for ya. 12k/10k F/R isn't ideal for DD.

I have been preaching this for a while now. Function Forms will blow on you more sooner than later. Check out Koni/GC if you don't want to break the bank.

koni streets and tein h techs are a great combo for the integra. that spring isn't universal in being good but the rates are wonderful for a 94-01 integra if you want a daily driver that's not floaty. it's basically stock ITR suspension + 15-20%

i have no clue how either calculates drop, the tein H is basically a ramped up oe itr spring. it's a little stiffer and a little lower. eibach has the pro kit which is nearly worthless and the sportline which is both lower and stiffer
