Default Ignition Killswitch cause CEL 15?

What would cause a CEL code 15? My CEL light is not on, but when I was pulling codes for my ABS, I noticed my CEL light was flashing a code as well. The car starts and runs fine, I am just wondering why there is a CEL code stored. I have installed a killswitch on the ignition (http://causeforalarm.thecarthing.com...ill/index.html), would that cause the code?

When I get home from work today, I am going to pull the ECU fuse to clear the code and see if it still comes up. Can anyone with an ignition killswitch check and see if any code comes up?
