Automatic engine harness in a manual car?

Automatic engine harness in a manual car?
I've been seeing some mixed information on whether or not I can use an automatic 1998 civic harness in my 1998 manual civic. Will I have any problems or will there just be extra plugs laying around in my bay?

correct everything is the same you will just have extra plugs on it. But depending on if your running 3wire or 2 wire iacv then you may need to do a conversion. all autos are 3 wire.
