starting problem

Icon2 starting problem

i have a 92 honda civic hatchback and i cant figure out what the problem is. the dash and radio light up. i've tried jumping it and still no results. if anyone has had the same problem. holla.

If the battery is ok, check for battery voltage at the starter solenoid terminal on the starter when turning the key to the START position. If you have battery voltage and you can confirm that there is no voltage drop in the positive battery cable that leads to the starter I would replace the starter.
