pretty much any tire shop can provide you with appropriate lugnuts. there is a huge difference in how they mate. i even raced with oem lugnuts on my racing rims for a while, had two seized lugnuts, altho some antisieze should have prevented that. so they will work, but not desirable.

If the bolt is actually frozen in the sleeve of the the bushing, you will probably need to replace it. Good excuse/opportunity to get some ES or Prothane
bushings.
@ my friend's shop we have been doing it this way.
Rear: Remove the upper shock mounting nuts. Remove the bolt that attaches the lower arm to the body. This allows you to rotate the whole assembly down. Remove lower shock bolts. Take out shock/spring. Remove nut holding tophat on with airgun. Be sure to stand on spring & position shock so that it won't hit anything. Stored energy from the spring will want things to 'explode' when the nut is removed.
alternative: Remove upper arm from trailing arm. Use spring remover to prevent the 'explode' episode.
Front: Remove upper shock nuts. Remove the brake line supports @ the shock. Remove shock fork upper & lower bolts. Fork is indexed with shock - look for it on installation. Remove shock/spring.
Install: reverse process.
