well this sucks...
thats the problem... a "baseMap" is pretty much to get your car running... not for racing at all! its just a map to jump-start your tuning... when you get your car on a dyno with a decent tuner you will see 13's...all the bolt-on in the world dont mean crap, if they cant work with each other.

I suggest tune, but before the tune do a leak down test on your engine. If the engine isn't healthy, I would scrap getting it tuned and purchase another long block. If the leak down test is within oem specs, get the car dyno tuned. The result will give you some info about how your particular engine likes the bolt-on's you chose. If numbers are low, then problem solved.
