Whats the firmware of the phone? The first picture shows T-mobile but the second picture shows AT&T with a totally different background. And the back doesn't look like lint and dust..

the first picture i took to put on craigslist. tmobile just to illistrate that it is unlocked. its firmware 3.1.3 on baseband 05.11.07. i changed the background cause i was bored. the pictures are two days apart.

i have att and i used my moms sim for tomobile. the back in indeed dust and lint. ill take another picture

nonono. firmware has no affect on unlocking. its the baseband. 05.11.07 is the latest baseband thats unlockable (one under the current 05.28.xx)

 

Oh I know, I just wanna make sure cause I'm interested but I don't wanna be stuck with an iPhone that can't be unlocked, they're useless for now.
