Hey guys, it's me again,

Just as the title says, at precisely 2000rpm my engine will rattle quite audibly. The rattling occurs when both accelerating and decelerating past 2k, whether in or out of gear.

Do you still have the factory header? If so its the famous OEM downpipe rattle. Basically the inner pipe of the downpipe has broken loose from it Factory weld.

You can cut two slots on each pipe just deep enough to expose the inner pipe then weld the slots closed so the inner pipe is held in place again. That is the cheap fix.

The expensive fix will be to buy an aftermarket header.
