Ok, i'll try to explain the problem the best i can. So, i have a 94 civic ex and after i drive my car for a little bit and come to a stop, while just resting my foot on the brake it will gently procede to become softer and go to the floor it seems. i have brembo blanks with hawk pads and steal braided lines. the pads were fine about 2 weeks ago when i checked them. leaking brake fluid maybe? brakes need bleed? just weird how they are fine on short trips but get softer after driving a bit..

 

You may need a new Master Cylinder... mine does the same especially on hot days. Search Master Cylinder bad.. on here...

 

+1 most likely master cyl. I was forced to stop well back from other cars until I got mine fixed because it would just creep forward.

 

yea, i know my car will stop but never sure how quickly
come to think of it, it has been hot lately too.
