Default spitting and sputtering when cold, perfect when warm

i recently swapped a b20b4 into my 95 honda civic hatch. when i first got it running everything was perfect. then my fuel pump went out. put the new one in an now when i go to start it in the morning for work. it sputters and spits mad crazy. even bogs down sometimes and dies. when i push the gas i have to ease on it or else it will bog down. does anyone know what could be causing this. im also throwing a code for IAT sensor. could that sensor being bad cause this problem. thanks in advance.

Fix the IAT sensor code and check the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.
