I found what the guy above me suggested, but I saw a picture and it didn't really match. The first picture the paint is kind of glossy, can you get that effect with more clear coat? This is what I found:

Read through some of the Presidential Detail threads in the detailing forum. It's absolutely amazing what a good detail guy can do for a less-than-perfect paintjob. I've seen stuff he does come out looking like that. It just takes good product, attention to detail, a little know-how, and a TON of time.

That pic may be Photo shoped but there is a product out there you spay on and wash off with soap and water that does that when spayed on car also if you want a nice high gloss deep paint look do 2 coats clear then a 2 coats candy Teal and 3coats clear for the last layers. if you have a good painter it will look like you coated the car in teal colored glass.
