I got me a jumper harness and a p13 but what is the box next to the obd11 ecu. Says P5P with blue plugs. Do I leave it hooked up or what. I swapped my 97 lude from auto to 5sp. By myself 6 years ago and I took it out cuz I fig it was for the automatic. But I can't rem if I hooked it back up ?

 

Nevermind. Both say p5p. Lol what the hell is the little one for ?

 

For an ecu I'd go with a 4-cylinder B-series ecu like a P28, P30, P72, etc. plus some way to tune like CROME or neptune. I'm not sure what other box you're looking at but it may be the radiator fan control box. Good luck.
