HOW DO YOU STOP VALVE SEALS FROM BLOWING?
it seems that every motor i try thats the first thing to go how can i cease this and prevent me from paying more for motor oil than gas for the car (No oil additive solutions)?
Need more detail on your engine's but basically if the valve guides are good and piston rings sealing good you should not have problem as long as PCV is working properly .
When the head was machined/assembled was valvetrain cleared to run the cams you have? Any possible interference once the valve springs are compressed by the cam? (eg. top of valve seal hitting the bottom of the retainer etc? )
Are you sure it's your valve seals? What motors are you talking about, are they 20 year old 300k beaters or brand new builds?
You haven't given enough information to be of any use!

i have a 06 TSX motor with stock cams skunk2 valvetrain a ported and polished head plus its milled a full point. currently i'm using lucus valve seal leak stopper which is combating the problem but i want it solved. bottom end is fine no blow-by or smoke coming from the exhaust. is there any super sealer or something that can make this never happen again? Does anyone know of a shop in so-cal that knows what the hell they're doing...none of the obvious shops i'm looking for a hole in the wall thats on top of there job!!!
just a extra bit of info this motor was just built less than 2 months ago so i know I shouldn't be experiencing this so early if everything was built correctly.

Take it back to the person who built it and ask them what's going on. An 06 motor should not have valve seal problems if it was checked for proper clearances. Did you replace the valve seals when you had the head work done?
i hired someone else to do the work so i'll let my new mechanic work on it. taking it back to the same person is stupid in my opinion. i should have did a little more research on my dudes machine guy...either way if he does offer to fix it hes gonna take it back to the same people that ****ed it up. i think i found a shop that can stand behind there work...i'll keep you posted...good look on the help...
you say it does not blow oil out exhaust and you say every engine you had does this . Are you sure it valve seal issue all motors use oil especially if pushed on, revved high .
Bad valve seals show up mostly on start up after hot engine sits a bit, you get blue cloud of smoke ,they don't smoke at WOT, load .
If the guides have proper clearance and seals installed right with stock cams you should be fine ,but just double check clearance between valve retainers and seal top at max lift .

We need more info to help you, but if you think the problem is the valve guide seals then my guess would be that they were not put in right or the seals are getting mashed by the back of the retainers.
