Default My new BPI velocity stack / K&N set-up B18C


JDM B18C GSR ALL MOTOR made 208hp last dyno with un-ported head 60mm exh, new build this custom 3" intake tube from K&N freebee buddy works there fully built ported & polished head ALL ITR parts Titanium Crower retainers, custom 2.5" exhaust magnaflow can/resonator higher compression CP 11.0.1 pistons eagle rods LS crank in GSR block yeilds @ 89m stroke vs GSR @ 87.2 aiming for 220 hp have skunk2 IM portmatched 68mm t/b hondata heatshield, H22 injectors, AEM fpr/rail JDM ITR 4-1 header/cat prob missing other stuff, oh previous intake was oem ITR intake tube to Apexi power intake inside comptech didnt fit well so I took comptech off was only on 4 dyno @ Churches Automotive testing

Are you saying that you had a comptech icebox or just the intake tube? If you had the icebox/intake, it's too bad you pulled it. It's a good setup that will give you the best of both worlds (cold air w/hydro lock). Mine didn't fit into my EG either...we cut it and rewelded the tube. Fits perfectly now. GL on your dyno.

BTW, periods are your friend.

Theres NO way my new filter will fit in the comptech its wider that the airbox, I only had the airbox not their tube. I used oem itr tube before I wont hyrolock my car unless I take it for a dip lol ..... oh here u go lol.

Can I get the part no. for the intake filter? Also does the filter just hang freely and bounce around? I would be putting the velcity stack and filter on my samco arm which hangs freely.

Get the 3.5" velocity stack filter kit from them with the larger filter the 3" is too small for filter end of samco my 3" stack wont fit into oem itr tube & the samco is to oem spec you need this part # BPi 3.5in Flow Stack Assembly
Item # ASM35601 comes with K&N RF 1048 since you wont be usune there 3.5" coupler or hose clamps see if they will discount it some 4 u i ordered just coupler & stack cause my friend works @ K&N goodluck
